Hotel Terme Salvarola

A very old-fashioned room that stinks. Plus, no mention that the restaurant is closed for renovations. A simple breakfast with nonchalant staff. Enough to make you want to flee the place, but not much choice but to stay given the bookings at other hotels during this period. Let's not even talk about the thermal baths!!!! What thermal waters!!!. €15 for nothing. Hotel to avoid!!!! Let's not even talk about the nightclub very close to the hotel, where the music lasts all night. What a rest!!!!

We discovered Hotel Terme Salvarola by pure chance and it turned out to be an excellent choice! The property is nestled in an immense green park, ideal for relaxing. The rooms are really beautiful and comfortable. Furthermore, we discovered that the hotel is pet-friendly and accepts animals for a supplement of 15.00 euros: this time we didn't have our dog with us, but next time we will definitely bring him! Initially, we didn't know about the presence of the thermal baths and the spa with thermal water, which were a wonderful surprise: the services are exceptional and the water was great for my skin. Upon our arrival, we were welcomed by a very kind and professional receptionist. He provided us with excellent directions for exploring the area, recommending excellent restaurants and wine bars. Furthermore, knowing that a party with live music was planned, he had the great thoughtfulness to assign us a room on the quieter side, allowing us to rest in total relaxation. The next morning we had an excellent breakfast, assisted by the morning receptionist, who was also very good and super helpful. We will definitely be back!

Professional and attentive, always available and ready to offer any information
