Ristorante Albergo Felcaro

Comments mentioned the presence of unwanted insects, including bed bugs. We were not disappointed: it was enough to lift the pillow to find one. Once warned, the staff and management flatly implied that we had put it there ourselves! To our request for a refund, even a partial one, we were met with a flat refusal. A piece of advice: keep moving!

Very dirty room. Removed spiders before staying. Towel rack hanging loose. Fridge not working. Bedside lamp not working. Total absence of electrical outlets in the room to charge the cell phone. Had to put the cell phone to charge in the bathroom. Access to the room via a spiral staircase with difficulty accessing with suitcases. Embarrassing breakfast. Old, antiquated, and worn-out premises.

The room, despite being equipped with air conditioning and a minibar, did not work, the toilet tank was leaking and therefore making noise without stopping. I informed the staff, who did not respond to me in a professional manner. This was the first night; the second night the electricity went out completely, rooms to be able to switch were not available or they simply did not care about the matter; luckily my husband, an electrician, had to take apart the electric meter and restore it. At the time of paying, they gave us a huge discount!!!!! 5€. I advise you to evaluate carefully before booking. The price of 79€ is not cheap for the service received, 3 stars, needs to be reviewed!
