Hotel Regina

We were three adults and a dog – and for almost EUR 400 per night, we honestly expected a bit more "vacation feeling" and a bit less "human Tetris." The comfort factor was consistently absent, leading us to depart earlier than planned. A gesture from management? Not at all. The location in the middle of Grado sounds wonderful on paper, but quickly reveals itself to be a "premium obstacle course" for anyone arriving by car. The access leads through the pedestrian zone, there are no parking spaces at the hotel, and the options are limited: Either you pay for public parking or you pay the hotel to make the car disappear somewhere. Where exactly remains a mystery. Upon departure, it eventually reappears – often accompanied by chaos during many departures.

The reception was very warm. The double room was very clean. We really appreciated the cooling tank. The balcony was facing the courtyard interior. Since we were there at the end of April, it was very quiet in the area and in the hotel. It is located in the center and to the church or to the pedestrian zone you walk 3 or 5min. The breakfast buffet is regularly replenished, the coffee can be prepared yourself and it tasted great ! The top-floor observation floor offers great views. So you can watch the sunset fanz great even with a drink. We made trips every day within about 100km. Overall, I can recommend this place 100% !

Very friendly welcome and the rooms are clean and well maintained! The location is fantastically everything easily accessible!
