The location near the center mitigates the somewhat dated structure, but it is essentially clean and has friendly and kind staff. Breakfast with a good selection. Essentially a good value for money

A very nice and striving porter welcomed us on arrival. The breakfast was good by Italian standards. Although a slightly older hotel, but overall really recommended for a short trip to Grado

We spent 4 most pleasant days at the hotel "Il Guscio" and should we come back to Grado, we will definitely stay there again. The rooms sing big and airy, as does the balcony - everything is spotlessly clean. Every 2 . Day there were fresh bath towels + bed linen. Very friendly & multilingual hotel staff, courtyard parking - the € 13,- /day for this are well spent! The hotel is very central, to the 1. Beach you don't even walk 4 minutes, to the 2. Beach a little longer, but worth it.
