Hotel Mare

Booking made at the last minute: when we arrived we were told it was for two and not for three, and the price doubles without explanation. The umbrella included only for the day of arrival (at 6 pm!), no parking space available. Unreliable and arrogant owner. Very poor breakfast, not from 4 star hotel. Only positive note: friendly and helpful female staff.

Super Friendly Hotel ,I was absolutely satisfied of staying in this hotel. Hotel right in front of the old Port equipped with all amenities, fantastic breakfast in a beautiful saloon on the top floor with spectacular views over the whole of Lignano, excellent quality food, even the salmon in the buffet, excellent cappuccino, fit and very friendly staff. We booked a Deluxe Small Double vir got a room on the sixth floor with a large balcony with a beautiful view of the sea and the harbor. We also got beach service and parking at no extra charge. A fantastic experience that we will definitely be back.

We have been to this hotel many times and have always been satisfied. This year we booked a little late, it was just a small room with double bed available. Toni, the boss of the hotel, then gave us a junior suite for the price of a DeLuxe double room, for which we were very grateful. Toni, his family and all the staff are always very friendly and eager to satisfy the guests. The rooms are really very clean and depending on the room, you either have a view of the lagoon or the harbour or both. We always like the view at breakfast in the top (7. Floor). The breakfast is perfect, everything is there what you wish for and it is also taken care of extra requests (e.g. a soft egg we like for breakfast). Parking for cars is also available, there are also hotel bicycles. We spent another wonderful week in Lignano and in this hotel and will come back again next year. Thanks to the entire Hotel Mare team and we wish you a successful season.
