It is not a 4-star but a poor 3-star. Inadequate staff, no tablecloths but PVC placemats that I don't know if they get washed, but judging by the stains, perhaps they are just wiped with a cloth.
The hotel photos are very well done, but the reality is quite different: I must compliment the photographer. Cut everything in half and maybe we are still not there.
Poor cleaning and if you don't get up quickly, they make sure to make you get up. Zero rules: you can enter the hotel naked and play ball in the puddle called a pool, which in the evening turns a pale yellow color.
As for the food, it is high quality and well-made: a substantial buffet for both breakfast and dinner, well-prepared with quality ingredients. Drinks are expensive, 16 euros for draft wine and 28 for a Soave Classico, and the leftover water is not put in the fridge, so you drink it warm the next evening.
A nice surprise are Marco, the dining room manager Davide, Daniela, Natali, and the two bartenders, who are always available.
There is a night watchman, retired, who acts like the owner: he monitors the parking lot, which is small compared to the number of rooms, and so after I asked where to park, he replied, "that's your business, park wherever you want, but out on the street." And then they also rent out the rooms for €170 a night including breakfast, but if you ask for a bottle of water after 11 PM, when the bar is closed, you are told that you should have thought about it sooner.
Avoid this hotel, even though I am told they have 5 of them on-site. I am told it is a multinational company with a lot of money, but incapable of managing these hotels properly.
