HOTEL ROSSINI

We stayed for three nights in the panoramic suite. Hotel in a convenient central location. Huge, bright room, spacious and windowed bathroom. Two terraces, one equipped with a table, chairs, sofas, and sun loungers. Very nice pool, open until 11:00 PM. We did not use the spa, but we did use the paid garage service (it is not on-site, they take care of bringing and returning the car). Excellent breakfast. A wide selection of both sweet and savory options, with a particular focus on typical Italian products (S. Daniele prosciutto sliced at the moment). The hotel offers free beach towels. The beach service at the affiliated bath 9 is good, where, not due to the hotel's fault, there have been some service issues due to the high attendance.

We spontaneously booked a girls strip at this hotel. Were first in the Comfort Room. Price performance top! The hotel manager and receptionists tried very hard to provide a room for us for the second night already booked. Were subsequently in the superior room. Really big, clean and very comfortable. live piano music during breakfast. The pool very nice and 30 degrees - excellent! The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast by Italian standards outstanding from salmon to toast beef and freshly squeezed orange juice all inclusive. We always had a beach shell in high season. The loungers on the beach much larger than normal beach chairs. Here you can even find space with a child on a beach chair. 2 h free bike rental. We used everything and we will come back. The Family Suites we showed us out of interest and the next time we come with children and family. Leave the hotel as friends. A really recommended place!!!

We have been here several times, but after this time we will not come back.... We were offered a room with Jacuzzi, this was fine for three people. The equipment is already very run down (shower head etc). Above all, the Jacuzzi was neither operational (not recessed), nor did it function properly. Besides, it leaked! We would have accepted that, but if you book this room for exactly that reason it is a cheek! Otherwise, the hotel has a good location and is centrally located. The breakfast and bar staff are very friendly and accommodating. However, this can be found in many hotels. Now the absolute no-go: a very self-centered family occupied the sunbeds with towels all day long, although they were often not at the pool for more than 5 hours. Since the pool and sunbathing area are small, this has been extremely unfair for all other guests and they expressed this as well. After a complaint the day before, nothing has changed. The next day another Austrian family next to us then put these towels aside and made themselves comfortable by the pool. After 2h the lady arrived and screamed like wild! We were all deeply offended (Naz**, fat, fuck you in the knee etc.). The hotel management was called in and solved the situation so inappropriately! It was according to the motto “leave them there to stop”.... but none of the others involved really shouted or hurled abuse around the area. The apology later at the reception, because they are “difficult guests”, unfortunately does not help. Unfair to everyone else and a cheek. If a guest at the pool insults other guests like that he must be expelled from the place, the loungers did not matter to us all, but to tolerate such a thing is really pathetic! In other hotels there is no such thing, such people are sent away from the pool or the sunbed reservation is strictly prohibited there - then there are no such discussions. We are no longer coming, there are many other hotels that are good and central and have a clear attitude and line. Disrespect is unacceptable and condoning this is evidence of weak leadership!
