The stay in your so-called new building was unacceptable in every respect. A broken toilet seat, damaged tiles. My wife, who was pregnant, wanted to leave the same day because she was not feeling well and my 2 children also had to suffer because of it and could not be calmed down; we were forced to pay for all four nights as well as even the breakfast in full, although we could not consume the breakfast on any of the days. Especially brazen was the complete absence of any goodwill. Neither understanding nor accommodation — instead, behavior that conveys only the impression that you are exclusively concerned with money. This behavior extended through the entire staff right up to the boss himself. Even Booking.com tried to find a solution and help us, but even here you stubbornly refused to take responsibility or show even minimal insight. The fact that not even the unconsumed breakfast was refunded is simply an impertinence. After this experience, I do not expect any further contact. I am not interested in subsequent suggestions, excuses, or justifications.

AMAZING PLACE! About the hotel: 1. The staff is SUPER nice, you feel welcome as soon as you enter! 2. All rooms here air conditioning and toilet are spacious large. 3. The building feels pretty fresh for a 30-year-old hotel. 4. BREAKFAST was an absolute BANG! (Eggs and bacon available on request) 5. Beach sun loungers/umbrella can be booked at the hotel WITH DISCOUNTED PRICE 6. Parking space with large gaps (we have an 8 place car) 7. Possibility to rent bicycles at the hotel 8. The bar right by the pool (small snacks, authentic Italian ice cream, soft drinks, goblin, etc.) 9. Heated outdoor pool with a small massage area built in 10. Enough sun loungers by the pool open until 2400 About the situation: THE BEACH. Oh, boy! WHAT A BEACH!! White sand, super wide and well spread though there are of course some visitors. (not very many tourists rather local population) 1. The location is as close to the beach as you could wish for, without being disturbed by traffic. 2. Near the centre and restaurants 3. Walking distance to a giant carnival. Overall, it's a SUPER PLACE, affordable and suitable for families with children! RECOMMENDED!

We booked one night at this hotel for the Max Pezzali concert. What can I say, warm welcome and thorough information about the services offered. We greatly appreciated that in the evening they close the parking gate, which can be opened with the corresponding room card. A wonderful scent as soon as we entered the room, almost like essential oils, but still clean. We slept very well, the mattress was extremely comfortable! Super breakfast, very varied and neatly arranged. There is truly everything: fresh fruit, cakes, pancakes, waffles, savory sandwiches, cheese, raw vegetables, brioche, and much more! Additionally, they bring the menu to the table to order eggs. We used the bike service (to take a ride in the city center); a very convenient service. We also tried the heated pool: well... beautiful and very clean! The hotel is really well maintained. We will definitely return for a vacation and not just for one night.
