Our stay was unfortunately very disappointing, especially regarding the service and the handling of problems. On our second and last night, the fire alarm went off twice shortly before 5 a.m. First for about 5 minutes, and after a short break, for another approx. 2 minutes. After that, we were unable to fall back asleep for several hours. At the front desk, it was explained to us that a guest had smoked on the balcony and the smoke had triggered the alarm. The hotel explained that the system was intentionally set to be very sensitive. Due to the significant disturbance, we requested a partial refund. This was denied. Instead, we were only offered a discount on a future direct booking. For us, unfortunately, this is not an appropriate solution. The service was disappointing in other respects as well: At the pool bar, we waited over 20 minutes for a Coke and then even received the wrong one. A salad took over 45 minutes. Tables were sometimes not cleared or wiped down while staff stood behind the bar and chatted. Even with the bath towels, you sometimes had to wait a long time or look for a staff member. The breakfast selection was okay, but cutlery, glasses, or bread were regularly missing and sometimes had to be requested multiple times. The room and bathroom were a good size, but there was clearly visible mold in the bathroom and numerous foreign hairs on the floor in the corners. The cleanliness therefore also did not meet our expectations. The pool area is very small and free lounge chairs were hard to come by. Additionally, 10 € per day is charged for parking and 4 € per bicycle per day. Overall, we had expected significantly more from a hotel of this category. It was particularly disappointing for us that no appropriate solution was offered after the fire alarm and the resulting loss of sleep. Unfortunately, we cannot recommend the hotel based on our experience.

We stayed at this hotel in August, perfect vacation, reception staff kind and very professional, like the dining room staff, prepared and available for every request, excellent restaurant inside with excellent dishes and very abundant breakfasts, rich and homemade sweet and savory options for all tastes, beach service included in our offer with sun loungers and umbrella. We are pleasantly impressed by it. We will definitely return!

The hotel itself is quite good, however, I criticize the space at the pool and especially the staff, because their rules state that you are not allowed to use private towels and are also not allowed to reserve them. This happens every single day, however, without the people even showing up for 2-3 hours. I find that very unfortunate; I could not lie by the pool and instead had to go to the room after the pool to at least be able to sit on the balcony. The statement from the staff member was that it is first come, first served. I find that very unfortunate; next time I would rather choose a different hotel, even though I have been here 3 times now.
