I start from the positive Location: convenient to the pedestrian area and the beach Nice and helpful reception girls Breakfast: normal without infamy and without praise Less positive things.... 1 from site but especially from booking it seems that the whole condominium is yours .. actually you have the ground floor and the first floor .. passes a nice difference 2 noisy air conditioner, safe not working and not even vacuum cleaner in the bathroom 3 booking reports that the double rooms are 13 square meters. A three star hotel should have a minimum of 14..I don't want to be fiscal but they are objectively small 4 a three star hotel should have a restaurant that guarantees a 3-course meal (correct me if I'm wrong)..here the outdoor restaurant is closed..your site does not report it.. 5..fixed the corridors..look like a hospital They want to be constructive criticism my..Your choice to improve or not. Personally soon I will opt for higher level structure Best regards

5 day holiday paid as if it were a luxury hotel... minimal services... but what shocked us the most was the rudeness and arrogance of the lady at the reception on the morning shift... I think it's the basis of civilized living to negotiate with respect and education for their guests (this lady took the liberty of saying that she doesn't need people like us... it's a shame that we paid handsomely and her salary is paid with our money... a minimum of education would be a must) also because the service offered was truly low level.. strongly not recommended!!! people like this should not work in contact with people who work for a year and hope to spend a couple of days of peace and are given bad words for that. way.. all due to an error that I still can't explain.. I booked on booking for two adults and two children, specifying the age of the children, I marked the type of room as 1 double bed and one single bed.. in the summary we read that the room can accommodate up to three adults or two adults and two children.. the age of the children however was 0 0 which I still can't explain.. moral of the story they asked for the payment of an additional €208 to be paid immediately and we were abused by this person who has serious problems with self-control and education.. she started shouting saying that we did it on purpose so as not to pay for our children.. "if you don't want to pay for them, leave them to home" and other free rants.. we felt really uncomfortable for 5 days.. I won't write the total bill because it would be shameful to let people know how much they cheated us.. VERY WORTHY, VERY NOT RECOMMENDED and I hope that some money will be used to have sessions with a good person for that Lady.. as she requested we will never see each other again.. Excellent position. Good structure and also breakfast. The staff were very kind and the beach service with 2 sunbeds was excellent. The detached car park is slightly inconvenient even if it is multi-storey and covered. Also close to the shopping street in the evening with many restaurants and shops
