Residence Teatro Rossetti

We liked the place very much. The stuff was friendly, the wifi works well. The apartment is equipped with all necesserry stuff. The location is right in the middle of the city, lot of restaurants and coffee shops around.

The place doesn't look at all like the pics on the internet. The place seems still in construction or very badly restored. Tubes are running on the ceiling, the floor is all damaged and an uneven, there're holes in the ceiling and everything is dirty. Beds are made of god knows what, they're unstable and uneven. Almost no toilet paper. Wi-Fi works only in the corridor not in the room.It's all automated so there's no one at the reception, my guess is because they would have to fight with every guest that comes in. I booked with booking.com with credit card as confirmation, but they weren't supposed to withdraw money from it which they did. Apart from the location everything else is awful. They shouldn't be allowed to run an hospitality facility.

The positive aspects are the residence’s location and to have a separate bedroom from the living room. The price for three people, in Trieste, is reasonable. Negative aspects - the individual bed mattresses must be replaced because they are quite used and became quite uncomfortable. In general, the apartment we got needs some refurbishment.
