Central residence, beautiful building, cozy room. The only downside is the cleanliness of the bathroom, starting with the trash can that was not emptied. And to think that hygiene is one of the strengths of the facility, as highlighted by many reviews.

We warmed to our stay here as our three days in Trieste went by. Residenza le 6A is a high-quality B&B that is run in a friendly and professional manner by Andrea. It is tastefully decorated. Located inside an old city building with real character, it is convenient to the main sites and services that visitors to Trieste will want. Do not expect the constant presence of staff, but they do provide phone numbers at which they can be reached at night and other times if needed and they responded adequately when we called about a power cut in the area. Check-out time is by 10 but arrangements may be made to store bags in the hall for a few hours extra. Nearby, Eppinger is definitely a good choice of café for a light lunch or snack or pastry. We would return to Residenza le 6A.

Like always our time in Residenza le 6A was great. The room with the kitchinette was perfect, the breakfast in our room tasty and comfortable. Best of all was the team - helpful, warmly, generous, in one word - like family. Thank you for all!
