Soulless hotel with no atmosphere and very little acknowledgment by staff. Bed room is fine with comfortable bed but no mirror. Bathroom is extremely small and impossible for 2 people to be in. Breakfast very uninspiring. Find somewhere better to stay!

Italy at its best! Stylish, charming hotel in a central location. The staff is accommodating and polite, the service perfect. We would give 5 stars and come back anytime. Excellent!

I love hotels with period charm, if the staff and courtesy are at the top, the experience is unforgettable. The location of the hotel is perfect, right in the center of Udine and very quiet. Rooms really large and comfortable, and especially with a period charm that no one now maintains since the renovations prefer an anonymous contemporary style that is neither meat nor fish and has no local character. Careful linen for both the bed and the bathroom. We were a big group but they all went out of their way to pamper us from arrival to departure. Thank you!
