Hotel located in an excellent position and easily accessible: near the center and the commercial activities of the northern area of Udine. Bicycles available for free use Rooms: very clean, well soundproofed but a bit dated Bed: comfortable and spacious Minibar: basic with two small bottles of water offered per night Staff: very kind and attentive to every need Parking: free outdoor and paid underground parking Breakfast: rich and varied Dining: not available; there are restaurants in the area reachable on foot

Calm and pleasant region for couples and families. Mountains, lakes, vineyards, monuments, churches... Sea near the GRADO or TRIESTE peninsula.

Courteous and helpful welcome - not obvious - from the first telephone contact. The positive impact continued on arrival and continued during the stay and at check out: friendly staff and attentive to customer needs. Great room, spacious; thorough cleaning. Rich breakfast buffet, responding to different eating habits, good products. Five stars.
