Poor treatment at the hotel bar received from a girl working at the bar. While I was waiting in line (with all the patrons of the cafeteria, oh my!!) to pay for two drinks at the bar (after trying in vain to use the kiosk for automatic payments, because the tart I wanted to buy was not among the offerings), I was addressed as "overbearing" by this attendant in a completely gratuitous and rather concise manner. I add that just a moment before, I had called out a patron who had skipped the line to pay for a beer! This person pointed out to me that he had already purchased lunch and had forgotten the beer, and we therefore clarified the misunderstanding between us peacefully. Then came the bartender's intervention!!! I will speak at length about this very unpleasant episode.

IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS!!! Today I went to this bathhouse with other people. We rented a cot each and consumed regularly at the bar. At the end of the day, I found myself forced to kindly ask for the possibility of using the elevator to go back up, as I have reduced mobility (I walk on crutches following foot surgery) and the long staircase present was physically impossible for me to face (In the morning the stairs were descended in my partner’s lap as I did not know about this possibility). The use of the lift, fully functional and freely accessible to hotel guests, was granted to me only upon payment of 0.50 €. I would like to clarify: it is not the cost itself that is the problem (I would have paid even 10€, given my real need), but the total LACK OF EMPATHY, SENSITIVITY AND INCLUSIVENESS demonstrated. Charging for the use of a necessary accessibility aid, moreover, to a person in physical difficulty, is simply unacceptable. As if that were not enough, the payment was made without any receipt or receipt, which suggests that it was also an unregistered collection. A deeply disappointing experience, not so much for the Service itself, but for the cold and unhumane attitude of the staff. In an age where there is (rightly) so much talk about inclusiveness and breaking down barriers, certain situations should no longer exist.

Family-friendly establishment offers various services such as entertainment in the morning and afternoon , elevator , diner and restaurant !!
