Hotel Le Palme

From the moment we inquired about staying in this hotel we could tell that customer service was a differentiator. The staff was amazing, from helping us with logistics to the extra care while my father was ill. From the front desk, to housekeeping, to the restaurant staff. The food was very good. This hotel is a wonderful respite after a busy visit to Rome. Our rooms and the restaurant looked right over the sea with beautiful sunrises and moonlight. The umbrella service was convenient. Yes it's rocky, but the big rocks are smooth and covered in sea moss and they offer water shoes. The public beach is a short walk away as well. A true gem. Only warning is that off -season, it's pretty impossible to get an uber or taxi. You have to rely on booking car service with the hotel.

Went for a relaxing downtime after a hectic few months. Absolutely perfect place. Super setting, attentive staff, good food. Even recommended one or two other restaurants as well. Ever wanting to go back to that area will not hesitate to book again.

I stayed 4 nights at this hotel EXCELLENT cleanliness Room larger than what I expected from a 3-star. SPECTACULAR location...overlooking the sea and from the windows you could admire the sunrise.... All this worthy of a 4-star... But... There is a negative note...breakfast worthy of a 2-star hotel...maybe The waiters who don't greet you, don't even look you in the face, and when you get up to ask for something hot to drink, they even seem annoyed. Breakfast buffet.... discount store jam dispensers, various types of pastries piled up without a sign describing the filling, same for the 3 cakes.... ingredient labels, what are those? Fruit juice from a carton (discount)...in short, disappointing. It's a real shame because the hotel is truly worth it....only the breakfast is DEFINITELY in need of fixing
