Best Western Hotel Rome Airpor

As we drove into the hotel, we really liked the reception and pool area. Looked modern and kinda cool. However, the room was completely different from the style we saw outside. It was also small, but clean. We didn't have any noise issues throughout our 1-night stay. Quick check-in and check-out procedures, and friendly staff. Overall, I can't complain, but -for the price I paid- I was hoping for something more.

Easy travel to airport with shuttle. Hotel has a pool, but only a short ride to the beach. Air conditioning was great. All very modern and clean. Restaurant associated with hotel is good for dinner. The shining star is the elaborate breakfast spread that can rival any cruise ship. Simona will take great care to make your breakfast a great experience.

Booked this hotel as it is conveniently located near the airport however, it was a complete disappointment. We booked the family room in which the AC did not work properly and the door didn't close properly either. Had to call the reception several times to come and check the AC to only be relocated at 10pm to another room. Noticed that the water coming out of the bathroom faucet is brown... Hotel is pretty dilapidated and rooms can use a major upgrade. The Concorde restaurant is overpriced for the quality. All in all, I would avoid this hotel.
