Residence La Maison Jolie

This is the best place to stay when traveling to and from the Rome airport. They have an airport shuttle that will take you to and from the airport without worrying about getting illegal taxis. Warnings about illegal taxis are broadcasted in the airport. Price of hotel shuttle is cheaper than taxies. Very nice, large, and clean room. Refrigerator has free water. Few restaurants within easy walk. It is a small hotel, so front desk is not open all night. But if you have a late flight, no problem. The shuttle will still come get you. There is a lock box to get your room key. Very easy to open. Entire staff is very friendly and accommodating. Would definitely come back. Thank you Alex for everything!

You have to be good at internet and I to get into the building, get in the elevator and make the door of the room open. My wife is, with this we managed to sleep in a bed near Rome Airport conveniently. I'm still scared by so many codes and the technology of having no one to receive you. But now it is .

Very close to the Flumicino airport (4-6 minutes by taxi), helpfully staff, authentic Italian atmosphere. I recommend this residence for transit flights.
