Bad experience! To be avoided. One-room apartment where, among other negative things, there was a persistent bad smell of sewer coming up from both the toilet and the kitchen sink, so we were forced to stay with the windows open and we had to buy an air freshener. Really shameful to pay around €80 a night to stay in these conditions.

Excellent location, in the center of Frascati. Friendly staff, but with the possibility to enter even after the reception closes without problems, the directions for entry were punctual and clear. Small room, clean, with all the essential services: top nespresso machine, Smart TV and air conditioning. Breakfast essential but excellent quality. Perhaps the price was slightly higher than expected, but the location justifies it.

This place in the centre of the town- which mean isn’t easy to find by car- help if you know that the main door can be find under the arcade near is pizeria and you can park on the squire of Gesu. Rooms are cleans has everything - coffee mashine, hairdryer ect. The railwaystation is 5 minute walk to Rome Termini- train goes in every half hour the last one comes back 21.54 I think. The only thing I didn’t like was the breakfast- egg was cold, there wasn’t bread only toast, and coffee was terrible. But you can find great bars in 25 m😉😁
