We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel. The manager is incredibly attentive, welcoming, and always available to make sure his guests have the best possible experience. You can really feel how much he cares about making your stay special. The property itself is simply extraordinary, with a beautiful swimming pool and tennis court. Everything you could possibly wish for a relaxing and enjoyable holiday is right there. A truly wonderful place that we would highly recommend. We can’t wait to come back!

Beautiful villa with a pool, excellent both for visiting Rome and for a tour of the castles, but also for a few days of relaxation enjoying the beautiful garden with a view of Rome and the pool. The owner is kind and very helpful.

Very happy to stay the second time. You would hardly look for a better place just outside Rome (visit Tivoli, Nemi, Frascati & more). A very special location, but also a very special host - thank you Maurizio.
