We were verbally and physically assaulted; he put his hands in front of my face saying, "I am 70 years old, but I will beat you up," along with various personal insults and offenses! I booked two months in advance for my sister's wedding, and after traveling 400 km, we arrived at 2:40 PM. We waited until 3:00 PM sitting outside in a corner of shade. The lady called us "fools," and then he arrived yelling, calling us "pieces of sh..." because we woke him up. From there, he started with insults and tried several times to provoke a physical confrontation by putting his hands in front of my face. Of course, I avoided touching him, but we have the video and are consulting with our lawyers about filing a criminal complaint, in addition to the damages caused by denying us accommodation just hours before the wedding!

A bit disappointing. The location is undoubtedly convenient and easily accessible, but the stay had several issues that affected its overall quality. The room, while functional, lacked any particular aesthetic appeal and was, most importantly, extremely cold. Despite having the heating set to maximum for both nights, the temperature remained only marginally tolerable, making the stay uncomfortable. The breakfast also failed to meet expectations. Served at the reception area, the environment was cold, both in terms of temperature and atmosphere. We had to eat with our coats on, and when we asked for the heating to be turned on, the person in charge gave unconvincing explanations as to why it couldn’t be done. Additionally, the selection of food was limited and not very well presented. Overall, an experience that fell short of expectations and could have been improved with more attention to guest comfort and service.

Two-room apartment with double bed (very uncomfortable and annoying to use). Sufficient availability and courtesy, quiet environment check before reception closes that you have toilet paper! A stash is not customary to leave it??? Maximum
