Room 308: unacceptable!! Nails cut on the carpet Fake nail on the carpet Hair and fur in the bathroom and in all corners of the room Air conditioner leaking condensation water Walls all stained and dirty Doors and fixtures forced and broken For the gluten-free breakfast: Non-existent choice with an open package from a previous guest Beautiful lobby, clean and impressive… which misleads about the level of the hotel Very polite and kind staff I ask the management, before responding with apologies that I cannot counter, to verify what has been written. Great experience, immersed in greenery. I went there because I had my niece's wedding right in Ponzano Romano. Everyone was very kind, friendly, and welcoming. The dinner was excellent and the breakfast. The rooms were small but had everything necessary. Towels/shower very soft, extremely soft. I will definitely return. The only note is that the bedroom window did not open. Well done anyway. Best regards, Gloria Arditi from Castelvetere.

It is a terrible hotel with poor hygiene, mice on the carpet, murky water, all the bed linens are worn out, and the owner has Alzheimer's; you ask for something and they forget it. Instead of being a 4-star hotel, it is a 4-star disaster.
