Don't stay here when I arrive the television and air condition wasn't working. The response I received that it was out of service, and they didn't even attempt to fix the issue. We spent two days with no AC or television. Luckily at night it wasn't hot and during the day we wasn't in our room. The only good thing is the location

If I could give less I would! This is not a hotel. It is self check in and the manager is very rude only communicating on whatsapp. There is no reception so I wasn’t able to settle payment. He refused to answer questions and then told me to leave to find another place. Awful experience

Initially very responsive about late check in. The cut off for check in was not clear when booked. When we arrived the problems started. I was asked if I knew about the xtra fee for late check in - I was not and too tired to argue. No credit card; cash only; no change; city tax- cash only - no receipt. Room was atrocious; broken and non working lights; dingy, very tired and poor decoration; grubby sheets; most uncomfortable bed I have slept in. Bathroom was a disgrace. Broken glass shelf support; broken door on shower cabinet with makeshift shower curtain. All we wanted was a decent bed for the night as late arrival and very early train. All we got was a sleepless night. Worst accommodation we have experienced.
