A small charming hotel located along the Tiburtina road just outside the ring road. It presents itself well. Rooms are not spacious but well maintained. Professional staff.

We stayed on November 4, payment on the spot but charged just booked the money okay. EUR 142. Ok arrived I pay... mm a few days have passed I would like my money back since I paid double. So I'm gonna say, Good evening I would like to kindly receive the balance of the account you have previously on our arrival, scaled by my card. We haven't received the money back yet, Since the bill was settled at the end of our stay. For now we have paid 2 Sometimes xro asked me to return my primary account. Thank you.

I had the pleasure of staying two nights in this exquisite hotel over the Easter weekend, the super kind and prepared staff, present for every eventuality and need, ready for your every need, I noticed it from the time of booking, I want to thank especially Valeria who above all was behind me from the beginning and made me feel at home throughout the period of my mini holiday, an employee ingamba, friendly, sociable and very nice, with a huge kindness. The first thing that struck me about the hotel is the soundproofing, my room overlooked the street and as it is impossible to eliminate traffic, thanks to the double glazing of the windows the noise is quite limited, trying to open and close the window the difference in noise is abysmal, too bad for the bathroom air intake that what little noise you hear comes from there, but closing the door of the latter the problem is solved and the car noise disappears. The single room I booked had a very comfortable French bed, I had no sleep disturbances due to the latter and any other kind of inconvenience. Obviously the room was not huge being a single but still very livable and above all clean, as it is clean was also the bathroom, always equipped. In the room there is a desk, a locker, a chair, a TV, two bajor lights, the mini bar always stocked and the air conditioner that manages to keep the optimal temperature well. The cleanliness of the rooms is impeccable! Breakfast is included in the price and is very rich in the buffet, but I noticed that in the window of the bar they also have other things. Unfortunately I could not try dinner or lunch in their bistro due to timing and holidays but reading the menus quickly have many inviting and definitely good things! The hotel has parking, two bus stops and a very convenient bar nearby. In a few minutes you can reach every point, thanks to the public transport that passes every quarter of an hour, I happened to take them even several times in a short time to go back and forth from the metro to go to Rome and back, this to make you understand the ease of movement. I think as soon as I have the opportunity to return to Rome I will book another time here. I hope to find my now friend Valeria.
