Albani

Central yet quiet location, facing the Villa Albani Torlonia park. Spacious rooms, full of light and color with 70s design. Large room, spacious covered balcony overlooking the green of the park, and a very colorful bathroom, all in impeccable condition.

I found myself in a terrible housing situation and booked a room at the last minute with Hotel Albani. Not only did I feel MUCH better, but I truly enjoyed a great stay at a reasonable price in a very nice area. Clean and welcoming room, bathroom with a non-slip mat included (fantastic touch!), friendly staff, and a delightful atmosphere. Thank you very much!

Let’s see. Where to begin the disappointment: Not close to anything. Need a taxi; empty uninviting reception area, Hard cold bedroom floor; no way not to spray the whole bathroom when taking a shower; terrible, un absorbant paper-like sink towels; thin, thin walls; no microwave, no iron, unworking fridge; no fun vibe to the bar. Our group was booked for dinner each night. It was GROSS! They didn’t even try. I gave it two stars because the breakfast is very good; and I hate to give one star in case I missed something good.
