Albergo Della Posta

Arrived today, August 20, 2026, with my mother; I didn't have high expectations, I knew it is a three-star hotel in an old building. The double room is tiny with an embarrassing bathroom, a crusted toilet, a shower without a showerhead, and a tiny, cracked sink. To access the bathroom there is a step that is truly dangerous in general, and in particular for a person with reduced mobility. Bedroom closet with the back panel broken. I imagined it was a small, simple hotel, but based on the presentation on the website, I trusted at least in the cleanliness; the crusted toilet is unacceptable, as is calling a room that is barely a single a double.... I will be staying for a few days; I'll make do. There are things that cannot be compromised even if the hotel is a three-star. Perhaps there are guests who had better rooms, but personally, the presentation of the rooms on the site does not correspond to the reality found today. The only thing to save is the location.

We stayed for one night in a superior room. The girl at the reception made sure to have the room ready for us before the scheduled time. The hotel is comfortable, the room clean and aesthetically beautiful: it is quiet at night, mattress and pillows are comfortable, air conditioning is working perfectly. The breakfast was to our liking, but we expected more choice. The staff was very helpful and kind. If we were to return to Bracciano, we would definitely return to the Albergo della Posta.

Really lovely hotel in the middle of Bracciano. The staff are incredibly welcoming and couldn’t be more helpful. Bracciano is a hidden Jen with so much to see and with some fantastic restaurants and cafes. Definitely worth a visit before more people find out about this amazing place. We had a fantastic visit and will be back again for sure.
