All Comfort Astoria Palace

In search of at least a four-star place, I found myself in this very pleasant B&B. At first, the external impact was not exciting, especially since it is located in a context that houses medical offices and offices in the basement, but once on the main floor, it offered tranquility and care. Welcomed by a middle-aged foreign lady, we were assigned a spacious room (number 3) with a well-functioning and renovated bathroom. The atmosphere is informal, although we only relied on the facility for sleeping and resting in the afternoon. Our breakfast on a terrace under a gazebo was very pleasant and peaceful. The same lady served us with an almost à la carte service. There was no noise around except for the scorching sun, which nonetheless complemented the Italian atmosphere of the central south (everything in Milan is hectic). Efficient room with air conditioning and Wi-Fi. Hot water for showering was always available. The room was not noisy. There was also a TV, which I never turned on. However, the staff was kind and efficient. The only negative note was the fact that I was forgotten when it came to receiving the room keys upon leaving the facility, which led to me having to send it (the key) the next day via a paid courier. The small disappointment was having to bear the entire cost myself when I expected to share it with the property, considering that I did not give it, but she also did not ask me at check-out. Well, I will overlook it; I will definitely return. SUBWAY just a few steps from the front door.

It's really a modest bed and breakfast! Clean and quiet place, close to the subway station. Reception only between 8hs and 15hs which complicates in case of some structural need.

Beautiful structure, which enjoys an enviable location and functional interior spaces. the building is of inizj twentieth century, but renovated internally in a sublime way. good breakfast. very kind staff, we were allowed to store our luggage in reception.
