The location alone is worth the price. Clean rooms and right sizes to sleep. The lady is very kind. For me only one flaw, the heating was turned on too late in the morning, but it is also true that not all tourists wake up at 06:00 like me.

I travel a lot for work and I am often in Rome. I was at Anne & Mary's in 2022, I decided to go back with the family on our holidays. What about!? Strategic position to visit Rome far and wide. The metro station is a short walk away. Comfortable structure and very quiet. The owner is a very friendly person and very careful to make his guests feel good. Price quality ratio is great. I recommend Anne & Mary B&B to anyone looking for cleanliness, friendliness and strategic location.
