Aquarium Hotel

The guy at reception was incredibly nice, allowed us to leave our luggage throughout the day even though there was no luggage storage, personally helped me carry the suitcase down the stairs, and was always available even after business hours (reception opens at 10am) to accommodate our needs. The room was clean, the bed comfortable, there was also a mini fridge in the room much appreciated. The hotel is also in a very convenient location, a stone's throw from the station and in a well-served area.

Calling this structure a rat hole is offensive to mice as I believe that a real rat hole is in better condition than this self-styled hotel (which then you will discover is not even such but a guesthouse); total dishonesty towards the customer who once entered these subspecies of rooms can realize the scam as the images published are the result of a photographic retouching or theft of images belonging to other places; the staff is unable to speak the Italian language despite being in Italy; it is shameful that the competent authorities to which I have already reported and reported for the obscene sanitary conditions (and I hope they will intervene as soon as possible) have not yet done anything to order the closure of this loculum. EMBARRASSING

ATTENTION IT'S A SCAM !!!!! ON THE AMOUNT OF THE ROOM AND THE TOURIST TAX that they charge you in BLACK, by checking the receipts they issue you, they are not even regular, VAT is not paid as in a regular hotel or B&B. They are to be REPORTED !!! The photos of the rooms and the structure that you find uploaded on various sites such as Booking and other platforms are completely fake, all the photos they have uploaded if to check are subject to copyright, the place is a TOPAIA, which is not cleaned. The bathrooms are dirty and have a stench that smells of pond water, the water does not drain. Neither the sheets nor the towels are changed, there is no staff to take care of them. There are insects and ticks on the beds, the walls are dirty and very dated, pieces of the wall that fall, wall paper that hangs, strong mold. In practice, the structure that was there in the past is no longer as it is now. DO NOT GO THERE, REPORT THEM TO THE FORCES OF ORDER !!!
