Arena-House

Looks nothing like it did on the website when we booked, rooms are tiny and shabby, not deluxe at all. We had zero sleep our entire trip, people were coming and going all hours of the night, making huge amounts of noise. The floors above were banging about all night too. I wouldn’t recommend this for a family trip and it’s not good value for money, I feel it was expensive considering it was more like a youth hostel than a hotel.

Great location and value to see Rome. Beds were comfortable, room was pleasant and communication and service from staff was great. The bathroom is small and there is a corner shower. If you are someone who is larger you might find bathroom a challenge. I would absolutely stay again.

Great budget stay. Close to train and walking distance to all sites. Small but clean. Front desk very pleasant and helpful. Fridge and safe in room. Small hotel with only a few rooms. Was very quiet. Hairdryer and shower supplies in bathroom.
