Close to the Termini Train Station and easy to find, rooms are clean and comfortable with plenty of hot water, window screens, and other nice touches. Family owned and operated from their apartment on the same floor. PAM supermarket 1 km west. Owner/operator is very attentive. Room Tax extra (cash) 3-4 Euros per night additional.

This is a bargain place to stay in Rome, near Termini and Via Veneto, the rooms are nice, spacious, clean and have air conditioning. Very kind and helpful staff here too. If you stay here you will still have plenty spending money left to shop, wine and dine in Rome as it is so cheap to stay here.

More than you expect for the money. Clean and spacious. The owners speak enough English. Free wireless but the room we stayed at was too far from the port. But we didn't go to Rome to check our emails :) Breakfast is simple, bread, cookies, juice and coffee. very friendly family owns the place and they are very happy to help you with everything. we didn't have soap for the two days during our three day stay at the hotel. we couldn't ask for it as we were leaving early and coming back late. So better to remind them first.
