Ariosto B&B

We had a spacious room, big towels, little fridge and a table to sit on. That was nice. You could email or text the owner at every time of day. He responded within an hour. Someone came to empty the bins every two days. It's not really a bed&breakfast since there is no breakfast but it does have a little kitchen with plates, cups and cutlery. Wifi was good. The b&b was situated in a relatively quiet street in an apartment complex where you share the entrance with locals. It's a perfect place for people who go to see Rome and just use the b&b as a place to sleep.

From the train station...just a few stop using the metro. Walking distance to the colosseum. Have basic kitchen necessities such as microwave and kettle. Good size room but the room are so close to one another it is less privacy.

I don't understand why some reviews are so negative, it's a cheap b&b that covers the basic needs for turists: bed with private bathroom. If you want something more luxurious, pay more;).Unlike some other accommodation in rome for this price, we had a private bathroom, and i think that it's a plus. The room has a tv, a nice bed and some furniture. The bathroom is really small and indeed, not the most clean, but we had hot water and for 3 nights, it was ok. One thing that you should know, the place is like an apartment with 4-5 rooms and a shared kitchen. These means that in the morning you may hear the others, because the phonic isolation isn't that brilliant. So, cheap, but don't expect a 3* hotel , good positioning, very close to the subway.
