To be avoided at all costs: unsanitary conditions, double payment, and lies. We discovered an uncleaned room, with visible mold in the bathroom. More seriously, we all suffered multiple bites from the very first night, a clear sign of an infestation. The hotel's management is scandalous: after wrongfully canceling our reservation ("no-show"), the staff lied to us by assuring us that a new reservation would be partially refunded. Result: we were forced to pay twice for the same stay, and the hotel now refuses any refund and no longer responds to our messages. An establishment that is dangerous to your health and dishonest.
