Giovanni was an excellent host. Prior to arriving we were provided with some tips for places to eat and directions using public transportation to various locations. The room we stayed in (vintage) was beautiful. We loved it! Place is clean and quiet, yet conveniently located. We would definitely stay here again

Well located place with some cosy small rooms. It offers closed estate, close to several nice restaurants. Walking distance to majority of attractions. Breakfast is relatively small, self service. Place is very clean with separate toilets, cleaned each day which is nice.

A perfect delightfully quiet at night. location for visitors desirous to spend few charming days in Rome, as we did at the end of January. Convenient and close with metro, buses and street, to quickly reach the center (plaza di Spagna, Fontana di Trevi), the Vatican, but also the stations (Termini, Tiburtina) and obviously the airport. Best choice of convenient restaurants next door. A B&B pleasantly restructured, with sober but elegant rooms, very clean, comfortable and affordable with groper service.
