B&B Rome Rooms

As a couple for 4 nights, as every year we like August in Rome, this year we changed location, the kind owner followed us for what we needed, check-in and check-out included, we booked through booking I believe the price was on offer, room on the fifth floor modern clean, location well fantastic, hoping that the prices remain accessible we recommend it and we hope to return and that the owner remembers and holds a spot for us.. We want to emphasize that it is not a hotel but rooms in a building a few meters from the Spanish Steps, there is clearly no reception, but you are followed. well in everything by the owner. We chose this accommodation on recommendation from a friend who lives in Rome, and we weren’t disappointed. From the minute we arrived and until we left all our needs and wants were met. Our room was very spacious there was plenty of room to store our bags, hang up clothes, and reasonable size shower/bathroom. Michele is a great host, very charming and nothing was too much trouble. This accommodation is within walking distance to the Vatican, The Metro, great cafes and shopping. Michele will also organise airport transfers for you if needed. I cannot comprehend why this property (an apartment conversion to multiple tiny rooms) receives such high reviews. The rooms are small, spartan and incompletely and inadequately updated. This is a budget accomodation with no front desk.
