B&B Santi Quattro Al Colosseo

Top accommodation! Very well placed, close to the Collysee, the accommodation was very clean and in addition very quiet, not a buit at night because it overlooks an inner courtyard. The organization set up to access the accommodation is impeccable, thanks to Francesca.

This B&B is located in an extremely good location, very close to the Colosseum and, for this reason, the cost of a double is high (250,00€ - WITHOUT BREAKFAST). This does not mean that you have to accept dirt. Hair/hair everywhere, in the shower, on the bathroom floor and even between the sheets. Then there is a total lack of attention to important details (peeling shower and without shower gel, toilet roll holder broken. The furniture is to be upgraded and some renovations, for the price spent, I would say that could be done. Dear service staff.

I booked this B & B months ago because I love the convenience of having breakfast at the hotel. The day of check in, I got a note from the hotel owner letting me know breakfast wouldn’t be included, and that I would get a 5 Euro discount per person, per night, and that they would instead tell me where to have breakfast. This was a non-refundable booking. The money isn’t the issue. The inconvenience was. When we checked in, the girl letting us in our room spoke no English—let alone told us where we could get a 5 euro breakfast. There was a coffee maker with no directions. What a bait and switch. It’s probably the worst hotel experience I’ve had in my life and I have traveled much.
