In June my partner and I made a booking via smart box, I didn't receive any booking confirmation, so to get clarification I called the facility. On the phone they told me that they would give me confirmation of the booking within 24 hours. The next day they gave me confirmation via WhatsApp. After several months, only 5 days before our trip I called to confirm the booking. Luckily for us there were no reservations and the only room available was an apartment with an indecent price. Plus they told me that if I wanted to book with Smartbox we would talk about it in December. The only thing I can say is that they are incompetent and unreliable people

I got a warning email from booking.com that they stole creditcard details and when I checked my bank they actually also booked money from my account again. Don’t stay here and don’t give them your creditcard details!!

They have stolen my money from the card after living! Dont stay this place! I made several eforts to contact them but they did not make anathing! the are the thieves! The money was stolen at the night after a half a year from the livivng and still did not back!
