Bel Ami Bed & Breakfast

Unpleasant stay. The owner Gabriela was very unhospitable, before arriving she already asks for money for waiting after 21:30pm. On the other hand, it has no fan, the air conditioning is paid 10€/day even if you can only put it 2 hours. In the middle of the heatwave in Rome and not offering even a fan to guests seems stingy and bad host, besides, it charges apart, the height of ruin. The room cost almost 100€/ night and is not worth it because of the poor services it offers. Very small bathroom and bad materials, uncomfortable bed and very noisy and warm room. Above all, the worst, the lack of empathy and humanity of the hostess, since we set foot in the apartment we had the feeling that we had to pay extras for everything, it is not for the money, it is for the lack of details that this upset us. He also cancelled the Booking Reservation on the grounds that we had presented and then told us that we would sort it out. Very bad experience in this house, caused us many problems at the beginning of our vacation. We do not recommend it.

Dilapidated structure, does not match the description and photos on the booking sites. Cleanliness level at the limit of sufficient. Coffee and water for a fee as well as air conditioning sold at TEN EUROS PER DAY! Lady uncooperative and not at all accommodating. The smell of home urine is the common thread that unites all the rooms of the house. The only positive thing is the location!

Small family-run structure, four comfortable rooms, tastefully furnished and of great comfort. Tamara is a very kind and thoughtful host, she makes up for the distance from Gallipoli with kindness and availability. Breakfast with fresh pastries.
