Bernini Bristol (Deluxe)

We arrived to the Marriott Autograph Sina Bernini Bristol about two hours prior to check-in time. We actually had a room ready, but there was a discrepancies with my reservation (my error). The hotel staff were very accommodating, especially Veronica. She was very welcoming and assisted with the updated room. The customer service she provided was excellent. As we waited for our room another staff member provided my daughter with a coloring book and crayons. The book included many of the popular sites of Italy. Some she recognized as we had just visited. My daughter really enjoyed the activity. The hotel’s interior is beautiful and clean. The room was very spacious and we had a nice view. The location of the hotel is situated away from the heavy tourist areas and attractions, but still close enough to walk to some of the sights if you wish. Access to the metro (Bernini Station) is literally situated out the door less than a minute to the left or right of the hotel and is only two stops to/from the Roma Termini. Across the street is a grocery/convenience store and stop #8 Piazza Berbini to the hop on hop off bus lines. This hotel was the end of the trip and by then we were kind of pasta/pizza/panini out so we were happy to break away for a meal at the Hard Rock Cafe, about a 10 minute walk from the hotel. Overall, great location and beautiful hotel. Will stay again. Thanks again to Veronica and the other teammates for the wonderful customer service.

Past its prime. Doesn't recognize elite members. Staff is not accommodating (parts of the rooftop were closed to hotel guests). Did not receive any elite member amenities.

We were at the Sina Bernini Bristol for a week. The staff was always very friendly and accommodating. The rooms were clean and the breakfast buffet was also good. The concierge did a wonderful job when we were planning our excursions with him. Highly recommended.
