The Rooms we were allocated were absolutely terrible, we had black mold on the cleaning, with a broken AC… and not even enough water pressure to flush the toilet, all with no windows. The noise level around our room was high, due to it being located right on a back alleyway, with people leaving bottles of something on the window. The location is decent… with a reasonable way into Rome

We stayed 2 nights pre going on a cruise so we could visit the sites in Rome. It wasn't in the nicest areas of Rome but it was actually very close to be able to get around. The staff were really helpful and guided us through what to do and how to get the Metro, which set us up well and gave us confidence to use it. On our second night there was the gay festival party going on directly outside our bedroom window, but they were great a moved us (we left all our stuff in the room) so we could have a peaceful nights sleep. While were were on the cruise my wife realised she had left her brand new shoes in the room. I emailed them and they found them and posted them back to us in the UK ! They arrived safely on return from our holiday. If I am honest the rooms were acceptable and clean, the shower was a bit of a dribble but all things said, they really did do a great job to make our stay good and put the extra in to get the shoes to us and get a good nights sleep. They offered us breakfast for a small charge each and I am pleased we did this as the pastries were lovely and a good range was provided. Value was good and proximity to the sites was also really good.

It definitely is not a 4 star hotel but a decent standard hotel. The rooms and bathrooms are small but very neat and clean. The room was cleaned daily and towels replaced daily. Rohit at the reception was very polite helpful and guided us for the modes of transport to undertake sight seeing. The breakfast is kind off ok and the same everyday similar to what you can find in other Italy hotels. The location though near by major transport options like tram, bus and metro stations but does not seem very safe for late nights. But definitely convenient in terms of moving around the city for sight seeing.
