We stayed at the Park Hotel in Fiano Romano on July 4, 2026, to break up the long trip from the plains of Northern Italy to the sea in the South. The location, just a few minutes from the A1 exit, is truly convenient. The staff was kind and helpful, and the room was clean, well-kept, and comfortable. We appreciated the on-site parking and the outdoor pool, which was ideal for relaxing after the trip. The breakfast was also excellent, rich and varied, with a wide selection of sweet and savory products. Overall, a very pleasant stay with excellent value for money. If we were to travel this route again, we would definitely return.

We just left the hotel to resume our trip to Sicily, fully satisfied with the courtesy and kindness of the entire staff (in particular Ms. Luana🥰 who always keeps our long journey in mind and spoils us with her affability!) Hotel highly recommended for cleanliness, location, and courtesy... ready to book for our return trip already😉👍🏻

Great facility located near the highway exit. Clean and well-kept rooms, very friendly staff. Breakfast truly at the top with plenty of choices and quality.
