We had a great time. Staff very helpful and spoke very good English as sadly we don't speak Italian. The breakfast was really good, loads of choice for a continental. We had a late train to catch and asked about luggage at the station, the receptionist said they would take care of our bags free of charge, as the station would be pricey. Overall great staff, very welcoming and clean.

Our experience at Best Western Hotel Blu Roma was amazing! We booked 9 rooms in total for our group of 18 guests, and the level of service we received from start to finish was truly exceptional. Staff: The staff were very, very helpful and polite. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Rooms: The rooms were exceptionally clean and spacious. Early Check-In: Although we arrived early, the staff graciously accommodated us by checking us into 7 out of our 9 rooms right away at no additional cost, as they were already available. Upgrades: They even upgraded two of our rooms free of cost because availability allowed. Complimentary Touches: We received free bottled water (multiple) in the room—something we have never experienced anywhere else in Europe as a complimentary amenity! Extra Help: The team was also wonderful in helping us book an early morning taxi at 3:00 AM for our airport transfer. Overall, we were very pleased with our stay and had a lovely time. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Rome!

Excellent experience! Very good hotel, clean rooms, no noise, formidable manja cafe with lots of gluten and lactose-free options. I made the reservation with half pension because I have a problem with food when I travel, not like anywhere and wanted to have the security of the hotel restaurant, it was worth every euro spent. I leave here my sincere thanks to Mrs. Nadia, it was fantastic helping us with the menu, because in the half board was included entry + first dish that would be the pasta + second dish to meat and dessert. I can't help but thank the Hotel, because our flight leaves very early and we couldn't have the coffee from the manha. To our surprise when we went to close our lodging there were two well sorted bags with our coffee from the manha. Thank you all!!
