Borgo al Vaticano Bed & Breakfast

The host has horrible communcation, despite ok english, upon booking i received like 20 emails, each with just a few words... upon arrival, she was in such a hurry to get to her soccer game she left within a minute or two... she had forgotten to give sheets and blankets for the 3rd (single) bed! when we tried to contact her, she didnt respond for hours... aside from this, the breakfast is a joke, just some cheap crap from a discount grocery store, highly processed junk (you can get a better breakfast at any bar for like 2-3 euro) the location is quite bad for public transit, about a 30 minute walk to the nearest underground station with the poor facilities (broken bathroom door and in general poor condition) and bad location, and above all, the most rude host i ever saw when traveling, i would easily have spent double or triple the price just to avoid!!! dont make my mistake!

Not worth the price or location. This was not an enjoyable stay at all and the host only made it worse. Between things being broken and the behavior of the host. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

The host is an absolutely rude and nasty lady. She has apparently no idea how to be hospitable. The extra bed is horrible, some cheap folding bed... the balcony is unusable due to her stating safety concerns. Wifi is horrible.. full breakfast does not exist, just some gross sweet breads. Bathroom door does not even shut so you cannot even do your business without everyone in the room smelling your you know what. DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE. I am absolutely stunned there are any positive reviews. Definitely some real ones.. which are all the negative ones if you look close enough. Find somewhere else, you will be greatful to avoid this mess
