Bad place! Dirty apartment, the front door would not close, broken furniture, lack of doors in the bathroom.
The owners did not show up and did not request our documents. The apartment would not be rented even to university students from how bad it is, surely it would not be to pay more than 20 euros per night.

Booked it via internet for 3 nights stay. After arriving to Rome train station it was easy to get to Borgo Pio road, just next to the Vatikan and it's just a couple of blocks from metro. When we reached the acctual address we were very surprised to find out that it's not a B&B, just a flat or appartment in that building. We rang the bell, no response, but under the bell was a mobile number left in a case of check-in. Called that number, it was about 8 pm and the man voice on the other line said he expected us at 9 pm (apparently we put that time via late room booking) and then he suggested us to have a dinner in the restaurant across the road and see him in 1 hour. So we did. He came about 10 pm after waiter from that restaurant we were having that dinner called him a couple of times to reach him. Obviously it wasn't the first time he had to do that.
Arrived in appartment, he showed us the room, it was clean, stylish, with great view and wifi conection. By the way appartment has 4 rooms with 1 sharring bathroom. The bathroom was dirty on our arrival and not being cleaned during all our stay.
Well he asked for payment in cash but after not realising high city tax and penalty for late checking-in it was more than we had in cash. So because we couldn't pay he said we can pay in the morning and then he will show us where to go for breakfast. We agreed on time of 9:30 am. Well he came at about 11ish we had to wait for him because we didn't want to leave the room exploring Rome without payment. Didn't know what to expect from Corado. Breakfast meant coffee and croisant.
On the last night me and my partner decided not to eat out that night but buy some food in supermarket, go back to room and using internet because we needed to do some travel plan after leaving Rome. There was no electricity in appartment. So I've called Corado and tell him that and he said it's the city problem that I have to wait. Obviously a big lye. By the time other resident turn in and tryied to call him but no response this time. That meant no internet to plan our initerary, no shower, and eating our food in the dark.
Corado came in the morning with a new couple to check-in, and surprised there is no electricity. After some miracle he fixed it in a couple of minutes.....so no city problem then COrado right?
I would never stay there again.

Just came back from there. We stayed 3 nights with my mum, expecting an hotel. When we arrived at the door, the bell for a "B&B" did not work, no one was there. We rang the "Direction", as the call themselves (expensive phone calls with a international mobile), he said he'll be there in 5 minutes. 1 hour later he arrived. After shouting at us for disturbing him during his lunch, and climbing 4 floors of stairs, with luggage (no lift), he gave us the key to a room in a 4 bedroom flat. Bed was not done, bathroom dirty and to be shared with 4 to 8 other people (never really understood how many people were leaving in that flat)... You have to pay him in CASH (no card accepted) as soon as you check-in. The breakfast was a croissant and a coffee in a tabac 200 m away. Tabac was close on Sundays. The front door is not double-locked at night, there is no reception, no one to ring in case of emergency. There is no internet, no TV, nothing that is advertised on their webpage. The only positive point: great location, 100m from the Vatican.
