I had received confirmation for the booking and everything seemed fine, but the same morning I was informed that the room was no longer available due to an unspecified “problem”. I remained in Rome without support, without alternatives and without concrete assistance. A very unprofessional and disrespectful behavior towards those who travel and rely on a structure. Sorry, but I can not recommend this experience to anyone.

Very nice structure, clean and well managed by a very kind family! We stayed here for a weekend with a group of friends, occupying 5 rooms of different types, but all comfortable, clean and with beautiful quality linen! The breakfast was also varied and delicious, I recommend it!! Thanks to Claudio and family for the welcome....and to Cachemire for the kisses!!!! We will definitely be back!!

With my daughter we made two short stays in this B&B last November (a short distance from each other) and we had a good time. The rooms, with private bathroom, are decorous and equipped with the essentials. Friendly and helpful staff; in particular a young man who, in our first stay, solved the problem of the bathroom with the broken drain, immediately replacing the room and apologizing for what had happened. Good quality - price ratio. Excellent accommodation for those who want to stay near Termini station and therefore take advantage of all the related services, because it is located a few steps from the via Marsala station exit. The only drawback, for which I did not give full marks, was that on two days (out of five total stays), upon returning at 2.00 pm the room had not yet been cleaned and we suffered the inconvenience of having to wait about half an hour. Now ... However, for us it will be an excellent point of reference in the capital.
