This 5* is completely accredited to the best property manager, Giulia, who is attentive and hospitable. I felt very welcomed and comfortable to ask for anything I needed. She speaks terrific English and is very helpful and accommodating. The bed is comfy, the room and ensuite bathroom was pristine, and the location was perfect. Thank you so much for this wonderful experience!

Me and my friend stayed there for 3 nights and the host lady was just great, she was so hospitable and nice to us. The room is clean and fresh, bed was fine, bathroom fresh. A little hard to get used to where it is but we took a taxi first day so we wouldn't need to search for hours. Pretty close to Colosseum, maybe 15-20 walk. Prefect to stay at this place I'd you're in Rome.

A very nice little oasis in Rome's center. Quiet courtyard with lovely plants. Nice and clean. Large rooms with comfortable shower and toilet. You will be looked after by the owner in the best way. The owner cooks the breakfast herself to the guests. She also gives you specially selected travel tips. I have traveled for over 30 years but have never received better service. Highly recommended!
