Chroma Hotel

Holiday almost ruined due to 'ANOMALY IN THEIR PORTALS'. Two weeks ago I booked a double room via the property's website. All confirmed and regularly paid. A few days later an email arrived stating that the reservation had been cancelled. I contacted the property, who obviously hadn't even bothered to contact me, and they told me that they had canceled the booking by mistake but that everything had been restored and that they would send me the email confirming the new booking. Obviously the email never arrived but upon entering the website there was a new reservation. Less than 48 hours before departure, the guy from the facility contacted me saying that the reservation had no longer been confirmed due to an anomaly (despite the fact that it was active on their website) and that in the meantime the room had been occupied by others. The guy arrogantly told me that he would help me find another accommodation, but on the next call he changed the situation by saying that I had to deal with it alone and that he could only send me the names of other structures. Ah no there is a positive note, the refund transfer arrived after 2 days and they didn't bother to do it even instantly. Fortunately there was another structure near the metro where professionalism, availability and reliability were 5 stars. ZERO RELIABILITY AND PROFESSIONALISM

Really good value for money. The room was very clean, the amenities were good and location was excellent (about 4 mins from the colosseum if that!). The host messaged us before we got there and throughout our stay to check everything was ok and to make themselves accessible should we need anything which was super helpful! I would recommend anyone to stay here!

We’ve visited Rome with my friend and chose this hotel for our stay. The location is nice, as it is near everything by walking and that’s why we chose it. The room was a little bit small, but this is not a problem when you visit a new city, as you don’t really stay in the room all day long. If I would visit Rome again, I would probably choose this hotel again !
