Clara Domus

They robbed us in our room while we were sleeping. We found ourselves with the door open thanks to the second set of keys of the beb that had to be guarded by them. They watch you, figure out what you can have with you and then wait for the way to take. I can't sleep at night anymore, I have nightmares of what could have happened or what happened and I don't know. They may have taken pictures of us while I was intimate and sleeping in my room. Or it could have ended with an assault on me. I felt humiliated by the owner who instead of cooperating said he was not responsible, defended all the staff and suspected two 70-year-old guests in another room. Too bad the investigation leads to more leads. I hope justice takes its course.

I arrive in the room late at night and I start to see several ants on the floor. I'll call reception and tell them what happened. The girl at the front desk arrives immediately and sprays me with the raid for the ants, but the situation does not change. I asked her for another room but they didn't have one. Room doesn't match the site photo. The hotel entrance is not the best, full of overflowing trash cans and has to check in to another hotel. The only positive thing is the location close to transport, trains and metro. I do not recommend it

I wouldn't define it as a hotel, at least not in the common sense of the word, there is no reception except in another hotel with another name and located in another building about 100 meters away, finally checked in by going up and down via the stairs and elevators of two dark and old buildings you arrive in a room located on the third floor of a building where there are several other guest houses. Narrow, cramped and gloomy room in an area frequented almost exclusively by non-EU citizens. We will never return
