Colosseo Relais

It was a magnificent experience. The accommodation is very well located, very close to the Colosseum, the Forum, Venice Square and with many restaurants around. The attention from Antonella was extraordinary and very affectionate. Fully recommended 👍

Bad experience. I booked a room in May for the end of September. Today, September 23rd, I received a phone call telling me that they had problems with the software and had overlapped reservations and therefore my Reservation was cancelled as it had overlapped with a previous one. The lady who called me asked me to cancel the Reservation on the Booking site, when I asked but why do I have to cancel if it is you who tell me that you have no availability? Response to avoid being charged. Result: I found myself without a room. I forgot just yesterday Booking had confirmed my Reservation. Obviously, the thing handled cunningly like this, puts the hotel in a position to say, "We didn't cancel, you canceled." In my opinion, such behavior is dishonest!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Anyone who decides to book in this hotel be very careful!!!!!!!!

A successful 4-day stay, thanks to part of the accommodation. It is not a hotel, but quite decent and tastefully decorated guest rooms. Arrival instructions are made via WhatsApp and everything is perfectly explained with supporting photos sent. Antonella is on site every morning and takes great care of customers. Ideally located: the area is great because it is close to everything! We did everything on foot from the accommodation. We had room number 4, baroque style with modern furniture, the only downside: the view, but absolutely not disturbing. Impeccable cleanliness, with all the necessary toiletries (shower gel, shampoo, etc.). Hearty breakfast served in the room: nice to take your time in the morning. Looking at the latest comments from a few years ago, it is clear that things have literally changed. This means that the criticism was constructive. Many thanks for this stay. I highly recommend.
