Comfort Hotel Roma Airport

Our flight was cancelled so the airport suggested we stay there. It was a 15 minute, €70 cab ride away and they charged us $531 up front before we got there. When we arrived it looked nothing like the pictures, was very dirty and the air conditioning didn’t work (on an 88 degree day). We said we didn’t want to stay there and the manager became very angry with us and would not refund our money despite the fact that we booked the hotel less than 1/2 hour before. Terrible experience.

Give yourself the full 3 hours to get to your gate and on your plane. Seriously. The new fingerprint/photograph system is slow and glitchy and many many people around us were missing flights.

Happy with the hotel. Clean room. They have a shuttle to and from airport. Execellent
